Executive Director --Ed Boschman
Ed has spent a lifetime serving the church in a variety of ministry roles. From 1978-1989 he served as the founding and lead pastor of Laurelglen Bible Church in Bakersfield, California. From 1989-1996 Ed was the lead pastor of the Willow Park Church in Kelowna, British Columbia. He served as the Executive Director of Mission USA from 1996-2002 and was the moderator of the North American Conference of Mennonite Brethren Churches from 1995-1999. From 2002 - 2008 Ed returned to Laurelglen Bible Church as Executive Pastor, and then accepted the role of USMB Executive Director. He presently serves as an adjunct faculty member at MB Biblical Seminary, and also acts as a coach/mentor for leaders of church renewal and church planters. He and his wife Carol, who reside in Bakersfield, California, have two married daughters and five grandchildren. ebed@usmb.org

Admin. Secretary/Bookkeeper --Donna Sullivan
Donna has been an employee of the U.S. Conference for over 19 years and works in her office in Wichita, Kansas. A list of her responsibilities would stretch from sea to shining sea! Donna is the person who knows all about the day-to-day operations of our denomination. She and her husband, Tim, have three children: Ryan and wife Jennifer with grandson, Cooper; Joshua and wife Sarah; and Melanie with grandson, Shay. offices@usmb.org
Director, Mission USA --Don Morris
Don was called to this assignment in 2004 and works out of an office in Edmond, Oklahoma. Don, originally from Ulysses, Kan., was the pastor at Pine Acres Church in Weatherford, Oklahoma for 13 years. Don’s current work focuses on planting new churches, church renewal and the administration of Integrated Ministries. Don is married to Janna and they have three children, Brady, Jami and husband J.D., granddaughter Alexa and grandson Garrett. Brian and wife Lindsay, grandson Bennett. don@missionusa.net
Editor, Christian Leader --Connie Faber
Connie began serving as the editor of our denominational magazine in 2004. She has been a staff member of the Leader since 1994 and served two stints as interim editor. It is obvious to all who meet Connie that she is very committed to the church both in her home congregation of Ebenfeld MB Church, Hillsboro, Kansas, and the larger Mennonite Brethren family. Connie and her husband, David, have three children, Amanda, Rebecca and Harrison. She works from our office in Hillsboro, Kansas. editor@usmb.org
Assistant Editor, Christian Leader --Myra Holmes
Myra serves as the Leader’s assistant editor from her home in Denver. She began working for the Leader in 2003 and assumed the assistant editor’s responsibilities in 2005. She is a 1988 graduate of Tabor College, Hillsboro, Kansas, where an internship at the Christian Leader helped develop her love of writing and editing. Tabor College is also where she met her husband, Ed. They have twin daughters. Their family attends Trailhead Church, an MB church plant in Centennial, Colorado. newseditor@usmb.org
Administrative Assistant --Lori Taylor
Lori joined the USMB staff in November of 2008 and she serves as the assistant to the Executive Director at the USMB West Coast office in Bakersfield. Prior to this position, Lori enjoyed staying home with their four children, as well as being a caregiver. Lori and her husband, Geoff, are members of Laurelglen Bible Church. They share a great passion for supporting and encouraging healthy marriages with an emphasis on blended families. They have a son and two daughters in college as well as a daughter who is a senior in high school. lori@usmb.org
