The function of the Eastern District Conference Christian Education Board serves as a conduit for churches to connect, train and encourage Sunday School Teachers for the purpose of teaching God's Holy Word.

This Education Board also provides Biblical Theological training through The Urban Ministry Institute (TUMI).
