Webinar: Privilege, Racism and Repentance: An MB Conversation

The purpose of this webinar is to offer a forum to listen to other voices, express our own feelings and reactions, and lament and repent of the sin of racism. The webinar will offer an opportunity for responses to the recent USMB Leadership statement on racism, an expression of one African-American’s experience of racism in America by Pastor Terry Hunt, open sharing about our feelings during the protests of the murder of George Floyd, and communal confession, lament and repentance. There will also be an opportunity to share what our congregations are doing locally to eradicate racism.

This webinar series is co-sponsored by the FPBS Center for Anabaptist Studies (CABS) and the U.S. Conference of Mennonite Brethren Churches (USMB.)
