Register by May 1, 2026 to take advantage of these discounted rates:

• Pastor's Conference (July 21-23): $200 (after May 1, the rate is $215.)
• National Convention (July 23-25): $250 (after May 1, the rate is $265.)
• Both events (July 21-25): $450

There is one rate for children and youth for the entire week:

• Infant (ages 2 and under): Free
• Child Registration (ages 3-11): $99
• Youth Registration (ages 12-18): $109

Prices will increase after May 1 (youth and child rates will stay the same), so be sure to register early! Your registration fee covers all meals during the event. The remaining costs are subsidized by USMB through generous donations from churches and individuals, as well as the support of our sponsors.

Pastors: Should the cost of attending the Pastors' Conference or National Convention pose a financial challenge, please reach out to your District Minister. Scholarship assistance may be available.

RESERVE YOUR HOTEL ROOM

Delegates and guests will need to make their own hotel reservations. Reserve your room online at bit.ly/gathering2026Hotel or by calling the hotel at (801) 328-2000 (Opt. 3). Mention USMB Gathering Conference and provide the code USM for the discounted rate.

Our special room rate is $159 per night (plus tax) for up to four people per room and includes complimentary internet and free parking. If you’re parking on-site, let the front desk know at check-in.
