We know Gathering is an investment—but it’s one that pays off in encouragement, connection and growth. We don’t want cost to stand in the way of being together, so we’ve worked especially hard to make it more affordable. Your registration fee still covers only meals (with the rest subsidized), and we’ve added new ways to help lower your overall travel costs. Here are a few tips to make joining us even easier.

FLYING TO SALT LAKE CITY?

Receive a modest discount on tickets when you book your flight to Salt Lake City International Airport (SLC) on United or Delta airlines. Continue reading for how to claim your discount.

United
To make United flight reservations online, visit www.united.com/meetingtravel and enter the Offer Code ZREW131092.

You may also call the United Meetings Reservation Desk at (800) 426-1122 on weekdays from 7 a.m. to 8 p.m. CST  for booking assistance.

Booking fees are waived for United Meetings reservations. MileagePlus members will earn miles for their travel when using our offer code.

Delta
To make Delta flight reservations online, visit Delta Air Lines Reservations and enter the Meeting Event Code NY47M.

GETTING FROM THE AIRPORT TO THE HOTEL

Public transportation
For those flying into Salt Lake City International Airport (SLC), the public transit system offers a cost effective and convenient way to get to the hotel. For $2.50 one way ($1.25 for seniors and youth ages 6-18), you can ride from the airport to downtown on TRAX, the Utah Transit Authority’s light rail system, which stops one block from the Hilton Salt Lake City Center. To board TRAX, exit the airport and go to the curbside location 1A.

Book your ride in advance using the UTA Transit App or by purchasing a ticket at an on-platform ticket vending machine or UTA customer service location. TRAX runs seven days per week at 15-minute intervals during peak times. Unused tickets expire after 90 days.

To get to the hotel from the airport, take the Green Line towards West Valley Central and get off at Gallivan Plaza. Gallivan Plaza Station is a 5-minute (0.2 miles) walk to the Hilton Salt Lake City Center.

RENTING A CAR

Our hotel features an Avis Rent a Car office on-site for your daily excursions and travel needs. Simply visit the Avis office on the first floor beside the check-in desk. If you don’t want to take the TRAX, choose a one-way rental to make your trip back to the airport as stress-free as possible. Avis has a drop-off location near the Departures terminal.
