Convention Representation
Churches are expected to participate in conventions by sending delegates. Each member church of the Conference shall be entitled to representation by one delegate for every fifty (50) individual members or fraction thereof plus a pastor. If a church does not have a pastor at the time of the convention, a designated leader of the church may attend in that role. The pastor, or another designee of the church, shall be prepared to provide the Secretary of the Conference with a list of the delegates attending as representatives of their church. Members of Conference boards and committees shall be considered delegates by virtue of their office. No person may serve as a delegate who is not a member in good standing of a member church.
