USMB National Director, Don Morris, shares his goal of providing opportunities to empower each local congregation to reach its full, God-given potential in the areas of our three core commitments: church multiplication and evangelism, intentional disciple-making and leadership development.

Kyle Goings, Chair USMB Youth, believes leadership development encompasses both the development of young leaders and improving the leadership capabilities of our existing leaders and pastors.
