Gary Hoag

Gary G. Hoag is president and CEO of Global Trust Partners and provides spiritual and strategic counsel for nurturing a culture of generosity in local churches. Known as the Generosity Monk, Hoag has dedicated his life to encouraging Christian generosity and has posted a daily meditation for more than 10 years. Gary is a passionate follower of Jesus Christ. He has been encouraging Christian generosity for more than 20 years serving in leadership positions at Denver Seminary, Colorado Christian University and Biola University.  At Denver Seminary, Gary led a $17-million capital campaign that enabled the school to build a new campus in three years with cash. He earned a B.A. in business from Cedarville University, received his M.Div. from Talbot School of Theology, and was ordained with the Evangelical Free Church at St. Jude's Anglican Cathedral in Canada.

Gary will also speak on Thursday evening of the national convention.

Rob Reimer

Rob Reimer is the founder and president of Renewal Ministries International (RMI) and a sought-after conference speaker and the author of Soul Care, Deep Faith, River Dwellers and Pathways to the King. He is currently Associate Professor of Pastoral Theology at Alliance Theological Seminary in Nyack, NY. He is ordained and has been a pastor in the Christian and Missionary Alliance Church. He earned his M.Div. from Alliance Theological Seminary and D.Min. in Preaching from Gordon-Conwell Theological Seminary. Rob desires to build the kingdom of God by training and equipping pastors and leaders in the work of personal and corporate renewal. His message is one of pursuit, urging people to seek intimacy with God and the fullness of the Spirit. Rob will speak on increasing our personal soul care and our marriage health.

National Convention Speakers

Boris Borisov

Boris Borisov is the lead pastor at Pacific Keep Church, a MB church in Spokane, WA. Boris immigrated to the U.S. in the early 90s and grew up in a multi-ethnic church environment. He worked as a full-time city planner for many years. In 2015, he and his wife felt called to plant a church to reach both the second-generation Slavic community and the unchurched. He continued his city planner job while the church was getting started until he left his job to become a full-time pastor in 2019. Boris strongly believes the church needs to be interwoven with the fabric of the community through active listening, engagement and service. His greatest joy is being a husband to his wife Julia, and a father to his daughters Grace and Evelyn.

Kadi Cole

Kadi Cole is an author, speaker and leadership trainer who is passionate about helping local churches thrive and equipping leaders to fulfill their calling. Her newest project is to help church leaders desiring to do a better job developing the female leadership talent in their congregations. Kadi’s credentials include a BSN, being a certified Leadership Coach with over 600 hours of professional and personal coaching; M.S. in Human Resource Development; 25 years of working with recruitment, training, project management, leadership development for churches, colleges, and businesses; and serving in executive level leadership at one of America’s largest and fastest growing multi-site churches.  Kadi will speak from her new book, Developing Female Leaders, and the best practices that churches can use to help facilitate the development of women as volunteer and staff leaders. Nzuzi Mukawa

Nzuzi Mukawa was born in Kinshasa Democratic Republic of the Congo (DRC) to a Christian family.  Nzuzi is the son of Father Tumbula and Mother Funda, who planted the first Church of the Mennonite Brethren in Kinshasa. He is married to Chantal Mukawa and they have 3 children. After graduating with a Ph.D in Missiology from Trinity Evangelical Divinity School in the U.S., he returned to the Congo and is currently serving the Lord as a pastor, mission professor, Multiply team leader and missional church planter, mobilizing churches for the mission.
