Gary Comer

Gary Comer is the founder of Soul Whisperer Ministry, an organization dedicated to helping churches develop missionally. After planting/pastoring two churches, Gary was hired by Sandals Church (a mega-sized younger, postmodern congregation in Southern California) as their outreach director. During that five-year stint, he also served as a church planting coach for the Christian Missionary Alliance and worked as an international mission trainer with Serve U International, while completing his doctorate at Talbot Theological Seminary, where he has served as an adjunct professor. ReMission: Rethinking How Church Leaders Create Movement is Gary’s sixth book. Jeff Hubrich

Boris Borisov is the lead pastor at Pacific Keep Church, a MB church in Spokane, WA. Boris immigrated to the U.S. in the early 90s and grew up in a multi-ethnic church environment. He worked as a full-time city planner for many years. In 2015, he and his wife felt called to plant a church to reach both the second-generation Slavic community and the unchurched. He continued his city planner job while the church was getting started until he left his job to become a full-time pastor in 2019. Boris strongly believes the church needs to be interwoven with the fabric of the community through active listening, engagement and service. His greatest joy is being a husband to his wife Julia, and a father to his daughters Grace and Evelyn.

Jon Wiebe

Jon C. Wiebe serves as president and CEO of MB Foundation, the stewardship ministry for the Mennonite Brethren family of churches.Jon came to MB Foundation after earning an M.B.A. from the University of Denver, Denver, Colorado and working in corporate finance. During that time Jon felt a call to follow a lifelong passion and his experience in finance for God’s Kingdom. Jon loves the Lord and is passionate about helping individuals and ministries honor God with their finances. His desire is for all to take hold of real life through stewardship and generosity.Under his leadership the Foundation has grown from $30 million in 1998 to $251 million in assets today. MB Foundation has expanded to 16 employees, with offices located in Kanas and California.

Ron Klassen

Ron Klassen is Executive Director of Rural Home Missionary Association (RHMA) in Morton, Ill. RHMA's mission is to plant and strengthen churches in small towns. He is a former town-and-country church pastor (including the Corn (Okla.) MB Church), an adjunct professor at Dallas Theological Seminary and guest professor at a number of other schools, a frequent conference speaker and seminar leader, and co-author of two books: No Little Places: The Untapped Potential of the Small-Town Church and Leading Through Change: Shepherding the Town and Country Church in a New Era. He is married to Roxy, and they are blessed with three children and one daughter-in-law.

Kadi Cole

Kadi Cole is an author, speaker and leadership trainer who is passionate about helping local churches thrive and equipping leaders to fulfill their calling. Her newest project is to help church leaders desiring to do a better job developing the female leadership talent in their congregations. Kadi’s credentials include a BSN, being a certified Leadership Coach with over 600 hours of professional and personal coaching; M.S. in Human Resource Development; 25 years of working with recruitment, training, project management, leadership development for churches, colleges, and businesses; and serving in executive level leadership at one of America’s largest and fastest growing multi-site churches.  Kadi will speak from her new book, Developing Female Leaders, and the best practices that churches can use to help facilitate the development of women as volunteer and staff leaders. She has an energetic, balanced, down-to-earth and practical approach. (
