The USMB Leadership Board thanks everyone who took time to fill out the survey questions regarding the next USMB National Director. The Leadership Board carefully reviewed the results and found them very helpful. We took the survey results into consideration when crafting the job description for our next National Director.

One of our main questions was whether we had unity in what we wanted from a National Director. We are a diverse conference, and it was plausible we wanted very different attributes and skills. But the survey shows that across districts, offices and ages, we have similar values. We invite you to dig into the results to see for yourself.
